High standards of cleaning required for the room attendant role.
Ideally candidate will be flexible and able to work weekends to a rota basis, working 5 days per week.
Pay is monthly on the 8th of each month.
The job role is for full time working hours, ranging between 25 - 30 hours per week at £9.50 an hour.
Start times are 9am - finish Monday to Friday and 10am to finish Saturday and Sunday.
Finish times vary depending on the level of business needs, as occupancy varies on a daily basis.
The hotel offers free parking for staff.
There is a bus stop nearby.
Your role will include:
- Cleaning guest rooms to high hotel standards, preparing for guests to check in
- Follow all H+S and COSSH requirements
- Be flexible to work shift patterns and weekends
- Have initiative to work on your own following a list of departures and stays
- Be efficient with time keeping
- Replenishing linen and guest supplies
- Providing a great guest experience
- Reporting any maintenance faults and deal with lost property
- Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.
In the role of Room Attendant, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department.
